By purchasing this product you are agreeing to the following terms:
Exactly half of the fee is due up front before work will begin. Upon completion of the work, the final half of the payment is due before shipping. Please do not pay more than half up front as it serves as an incentive to get the job done!
Shipping in the continental USA is included with your quoted payment. International shipping is actual cost/extra and will be approximated upon request.

Once payment is received and cleared, the commission will be mailed via UPS. All pieces are insured up to at least $100.00 and extra insurance is available upon request. I am not responsible for extra duties and taxes in international countries. I am also not responsible for delays due to customs.
All custom works are non-returnable. The first half of the commission is non-refundable in case communication is lost on your side. If there are any issues with your work once you receive it, please contact me ASAP to work something out.
